We had a good sized crowd today with 11 people present! We know there were a lot of networking meetings going on today so we are honored and grateful for those who of you joined us today! As far as we’re concerned as long as you’re out there networking we’re happy for you – spending it with us is just icing on the cake!

Lake Lester with Court Clothing presented today telling us about his custom tailored suits for men and women business. Lake stressed the importance of making a good impression to your clients and prospective employers. He also emphasized how his custom suits are designed to last 10-15 years because of the high quality material and the exceptional craftsmanship. Here are some upcoming networking meetings and events:

Lake told us about his Tech Team group where they get together for about 90 minutes once a month to learn about using technology for business. It is in conjunction with the Greater Warrenton Chamber. This is a free event!

Stacy Shaw with the Bristow Beat told us about her Bull Run Networking group that also meets at the Mimi’s Cafe in Gainesville around 8:45am on Tuesdays. It is an exclusive group so if you’re interested be sure to contact Stacy to learn more!

Don’t forget about First Friday in Old Town Warrenton coming up August 3rd! If you’d like to participate as a vendor visit http://www.partnershipforwarrenton.org/events for more information! It sounds like Leesburg also has a First Friday event so if you’re close to either you should try and check them out!

Membership is restricted by industry (just so it’s easier to manage the presentations and website) but we invite everybody and anybody to our meetings to come as regular “visitors” because it’s important to us to have that openness and non-exclusivity aspect.
